Cleaning Order

Step 1

Surfaces & mirrors first

Step 2

Furniture: beds and chairs

Step 3

Bathrooms

Step 4

Floors last (vacuum then mop). Never re-contaminate cleaned areas.

Key Rules

  • Vinegar + Dawn detergent = best streak-free solution for windows and surfaces.
  • Always use gloves + dedicated brush for toilets only.
  • Regular dusting prevents buildup on high-touch areas.

Lighting the Grill

  • Fire extinguisher must be accessible and visible BEFORE lighting.
  • Turn on propane valve first.
  • Manually ignite one burner by reaching inside the grill.
  • Flames may appear very high at first — normal due to wind-compensation valve.
  • Adjust flame to a safe cooking level using the valve control.
Wind Valve Rules
  • If wind blows out the flame: twist valve clockwise to increase height.
  • Flame control is unique and sensitive — monitor constantly.
  • Avoid excessively high flames — causes grease fires.
Emergency Steps
  • IMMEDIATELY close the gas valve to cut fuel.
  • Use the onboard fire extinguisher to put out flames.
  • Do NOT move the grill while it is on fire.

Transport Rule

Always tie the grill down securely when the vessel is moving.
